With up to 7 event rooms to accommodate up to 250 delegates, the dedicated team takes pride in providing a high quality, customer-focused service for private functions and corporate clients alike.

The Hotel is ideally situated in central Scotland, less than 2 hours drive or train journey from Scotland’s major cities of Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.

The majority of the bedrooms offer enviable views overlooking the Championship Golf Course- host to the 1997, 2007 and 2018 Open. The remaining rooms looking out to Carnoustie Bay or over the town.

The Hotel’s award winning Calder’s Bistro is where a team of Chefs deliver locally sourced cuisine to excite your taste buds. Calder’s Bar, Lounge and Terrace with unique views of the Championship Course 1st Tee and 18th Green is ideal for relaxing with a drink or coffee.

The Augusta Suite

The Augusta Suite is the largest function area, conveniently located on our ground floor, it can be accessed by its own dedicated entrance and has a large foyer, private bar and cloakroom. The Suite holds up to 250 persons theatre style, or 220 for a private dinner. A very flexible space, it can be divided into 3 smaller areas known as the Pinehurst, Congressional and Merion. It boasts a full room height roller door – ideal for car launches or large production sets.

The Ben Hogan Suite

The jewel in the crown is the delightful Ben Hogan suite. Situated on the 3rd floor, the Suite comes with its very own private balcony boasting spectacular views over the Championship Golf Course and beyond. It is a perfect venue for all manner of occasions both corporate and private. The beautiful vista from the balcony is guaranteed to wow your guests leaving them with some truly fantastic memories

Whether you opt for the exclusivity and privacy of the Ben Hogan Suite or one of the more formal Meeting Rooms, the team will always do their upmost to meet the requirements set by organisers.

All of the function rooms are available for exclusive private dining to accommodate from 10 up to 220 guests. The experienced team of Chefs will work with you to create any menu to your specifications.
