Just 90 minutes north of Sydney on the NSW Central Coast, Bells at Killcare is the perfect place for your special event. The Bells team will work with you to plan and execute every detail of your event, from a birthday celebration, through to a christening, product launch or charity dinner.
THE MANOR HOUSE is at the heart of Bells. The Garden Room, which overlooks the manicured gardens and opens up onto two separate verandas, is perfect for a lunch or dinner of up to 20 guests. This room may be booked for exclusive use.
THE CONSERVATORY is purpose-built for special events and weddings up to approximately 120 people seated or 220 for a cocktail style event.
Natural light flows through the large, white sash timber windows with views of Bells' gardens and swimming pool. A deck opens onto the main lawn and concertina doors lead to a private outdoor courtyard.
Lunchtime weddings are especially popular, with the sunshine bathing the lawns and gardens in a golden glow.
The menu at the Conservatory takes its lead from the adjoining award-winning Manfredi at Bells restaurant. Manfredi's cuisine retains its core tenets of simplicity and sustainability, with all menus also tailored to suit your particular event.
THE VERANDA, weather permitting, can accommodate up to 40 people for a sit-down occasion.
The Front Lawn Fountain is a perfect location to hold your Garden Ceremony. The veranda may be used as a dining area, lounge bar or it may also be used as a dance floor, with plenty of space for a band or DJ.
ACCOMMODATION FOR WEDDINGS
For any night time event, a minimum of 11 cottages must be booked at the hotel, for the night of the event. The 11 cottages are the closest to The Conservatory, rooms 1 to 11. All other cottages and suites can be booked by your guests, according to the usual accommodation policies. Weekends require a minimum booking of 2 nights.
Please note, no children are allowed or catered for at Bells at Killcare. The Bells Beach House is two minutes’ drive from Bells and is perfect for families and small groups of up to 13 people (8 adults and 5 children). Other local holiday houses and local hotels, where children are able to stay, can be recommended.
