Bells at Killcare is at the forefront of New South Wales regional dining transplanting urban sensibilities into a quintessentially Australian contemporary coastal setting.

Manfredi at Bells – winner of the Good Living Sustainability Award at the 2012 Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards – commands a prominent position in the Manor House with an elegant dining room and verandah overlooking manicured gardens.

The restaurant menu is grounded in the core Manfredi values of authenticity, simplicity and freshness, featuring seasonal dishes inspired by produce grown and harvested in the estate’s own 500 square metre vegetable garden with honey bee hives.

The estate-grown produce is supplemented by food from local, like-minded farmers who supply staples such as organic beans and snow peas; locally harvested seafood including Hawkesbury River oysters and crayfish caught off nearby Macmasters Beach, Gundooee Wagyu beef from the Central Tablelands and Bangalow Sweet Pork from the Northern Rivers.

With more than 300 wines on the list and numerous awards, the Cellar at Bells – holder of a ‘3 Glasses’ accolade – is an experience of tastes and history.
