Kumbakonam known as Temple Town due to the high number of temples here is just 40 kilometres away. The Mahamaham festival is held here.

Darasuram, known for the Airavateswara temple, a UNESCO World Heritage monument constructed by the Rajaraja Chola II in the 12th century is about 40 kilometres from the hotel.
