‘CHEF TO WATCH’ AT COTSWOLD HOUSE
Dave Watts, head chef at new entry Cotswold House, has landed the much coveted award of Chef to Watch in The Good Food Guide 2013. The guide singles Dave out as ‘a bright new talent’ who produces ‘dishes that are beautiful to behold’.
