Dining

The new kitchen is the beating heart of the Methuen Arms, where a team of eight chefs produce value-for-money British/European influenced food for everyday and special occasions - simple, well-sourced and, most of all, tasty food that we are confident you will enjoy now, and again in the future.

Restaurant and Scullery

With room for 60 and 20 respectively, the Restaurant and the Scullery have exposed stone walls, beams and lots of atmosphere.

A private dining room - The Methuen Room - is available for up to 14 people boardroom style.

The Bars

The bars feature local real ales, exposed elm floorboards, log fires and lots of original Georgian features, leading through to the Nott Room and Snug for informal relaxed dining for 50 people.

The Long Room

Formerly a skittle alley, now a peaceful coffee lounge/tea room. Also available for parties up to 70 people.
