Club Brass

If Hotel Gotham is the King of King Street then Brass is the jewel in the crown.

The Brass Bar and Club on the top floor of Hotel Gotham has drawn inspiration from the building's former use as a bank. On entry to the Club guests pass through two vault-like doors into a space with restored original glazed tiles and green glass lamps.

All guests staying at Hotel Gotham have 24-hour membership of Brass where bar food, salads, sandwiches and puddings are served, as well as champagne and a wide range of bespoke cocktails.

Here's a taste of the cocktail menu and the ambience at Brass:

Lady Crumpsall’s Champagne Cocktail
With Bombay Dry Gin, champagne, and white chocolate.

‘Connie is the epitome of the roaring 20’s, She often emerges from the vaults at Hotel Gotham with bags of coins to spend on caviar and bubbles’

Bellboy Barry’s Bramble
With Warner Edwards Dry Gin, Gotham Nettle Cordial and sour pear

‘Bellboy Barry has been travelling the world, drinking cocktails and looking for a nice young lady to settle down with. This tantalising twist on the classic is definitely worth staying up late for’

Lady Didsbury’s Daiquiri
Apricot-infused Bacardi, Yellow Chartreuse, fresh citrus

‘Mixing together these ingredients will immediately augment your own wit-factor’

The King of King Street
Makers Mark, Dolin Rouge, Pedro Ximenez and coffee liqueur

‘Our very own Charlie Chorlton’s favourite drink. A decadent libation using the finest ingredients.'
