Head Chef Mark David Jane trained locally in Wiltshire before moving to Norfolk as Chef de Partie. On moving back to the Cotswolds he became Senior Sous Chef at a well-known, local hotel and was then promoted to its more prestigous sister property, where Mark was part of the team who worked towards and achieve a 3rd AA Rosette.
Mark has been privileged throughout his career to have trained and worked only in hotels with two or more AA Rosettes. He moved to Wyck Hill House in April 2010, and after just six months the Hotel was awarded a second AA Rosette.
