Our business and conferencing  facilities are fit for purpose because they are purpose-built, offering the latest state of the art conferencing equipment.

Flexibility is the key. We have three meeting rooms, and can accommodate groups between 10 and 120. The main room is complemented by 2 further rooms that can also be used as breakouts. All rooms have natural daylight and are air-conditioned. 

The Hotel itself has a wireless network throughout, and all our conference rooms have integrated audio technology. (The views are of five acres of mature woodland, just in case it sounds like you can’t escape from the office at all). 

The Pinewood Hotel is also perfect for outdoor events, including teambuilding activities and al fresco dining all taking place conveniently within the grounds. 

Getting to us is simple too - with easy access to Heathrow, the M25, M4 and M40. We couldn’t be better placed!
