We are proud to announce that the complete refurbishment of our new spa and leisure facilities is underway!

The 1.5 million pound investment in the new state of the art centre will result in Lamphey Court being able to offer the best in contemporary spa and leisure facilities to be found in Pembrokeshire.

Scheduled for completion in 2011, the facilities will include:

• The latest infinity deck level swimming pool
• Brand new gym providing top level 'Lifestyles' gym equipment
• Jacuzzi, sauna  and steam area
• Dance and fitness studio offering a wide range of holistic and beauty therapies from our resident therapist team
• Fully qualified gym and lifestyle coach

Whilst the new centre is being built, we have partnered with two local leisure and spa venues, which are only a few minutes drive from the hotel.

The venues offer a range of facilities to suit all ages and fitness levels and their use is offered to you with our compliments for the duration of your stay.

Our therapists are still available to offer treatments at the hotel and our ever popular body beautiful breaks still offer excellent value for a relaxing break away with a little pampering thrown in!

Please note:
The spa and leisure centre is situated away from the main hotel and so it is highly unlikely that any building disturbance will compromise your stay or affect your enjoyment of the time you spend with us.
