Each one of Home House’s 18 luxury bedrooms is inspired by a period in the colourful history of Home House – Georgian extravagance, Gothic mystery, Oriental adventure and Art Deco glamour amongst them.
The revivalist designs, by Edward Bulmer, are complemented by very modern luxuries. At Home House you can wallow in a bath made for the Maharajah of Baroda whilst eyeing a movie on the flat-screen TV. You can gaze at an inscribed marble zodiac whilst checking your horoscope on the internet. Most indulgent of all, you can dream your dreams in a hand-made Savoir bed (“like sleeping on a cloud”, according to one Hollywood star).
