This Gourmet break is a must for all self confessed foodies.

At Charlton House we pride ourselves on using local, organic produce from our Sharpham Park Farm. We would  like to take this opportunity  to give you an insight on how we grow and mill Spelt at Sharpham Park and how it is used to create amazing dishes.

Start your experience with homemade spelt cakes and afternoon tea, giving you a chance to relax in the lounges or maybe pamper yourself in Monty’s Spa.

This unique break will give you an insight to the benefits of the ancient grain Spelt which is grown and milled at Roger & Monty Saul’s Sharpham Park Farm.
Experience a scrumptious spelt afternoon tea whilst relaxing in the lounge, then head to the spa  or a 2 hour ultimate spelt therapy treatment which will involve the use of Monty’s products which are made from spelt germ oil, which  is particularly good for the skin due to its high levels of vitamin E which helps eradicate free radicals, soften and improve the smoothness of the skin and also aid elasticity and firmness.
