FOUNTAINHEAD is well known for its intimate restaurant. This offers modern, healthy, award-winning Spanish-influenced cuisine. The surrounding hillsides are naturally organic. We harvest our olive and almond crops, use our own olive oil and grow lots of produce.

This is a food lover's paradise and the harvests of Andalucia are naturally reflected in the restaurant's menu. The restaurant has a private dining room, lounge bar and open courtyard. It also provides a traiteur menu and bar service for 'in suite' dining.
