At Charlton House we pride ourselves on using local, organic produce from our Sharpham Park Farm. We would  like to take this opportunity  to give you an insight on how we grow and mill Spelt at Sharpham Park and how Elisha Carter, Head Chef who features in the BBC’s Great British Menu uses these fantastic ingredients in his dishes.
