Facilities

Our facilities include:

  • Flood-lit driving range
  • Professional shop and tuition
  • Greenside Bar and Bistro
  • The Greenwood Room and Garden Bar
  • Buggies

The flood-lit driving range offers covered-bay hitting from good quality mats with top grade two-piece balls. Balls are dispensed in multiples of 30 tokens and are available from the Pro Shop.

The Pro Shop offers ranges of equipment and clothing from many of the major manufacturers. Prices are regularly checked against internet suppliers and we try to be competitive whilst offering professional advice, custom fit and trial facilities.

Tuition is available both on the driving range and courses, for all ages and standards of golfers on an individual or small group basis. At the weekends we offer children's group lessons lasting 45 minutes at a cost of £5.00 per child. Please telephone the Pro Shop to discuss your requirements.

The Golf Centre has three courses:

  • The Greenwood
  • The Parkland
  • The Family par 3 Course

Both membership and pay'n'play tariffs are available

The courses are set out over 260 acres of beautiful Hampshire countryside with parkland fairways and mature trees in abundance being the setting for an exciting test of golf.

The Greenwood Course
The Greenwood Course sets out across the stream, a tributary of the River Hamble, and off round a large woodland from which it gets its name. When playing from the top holes you'll find the views breathtaking. Standing on the 16th tee will make even the best golfers concentrate with a 160 yard carry over an imposing lake. The 18th is played down to the clubhouse and over the stream for the last time.

The Parkland Course
The Parkland Course offers a great test of golf for players of all abilities. The fairways are relatively wide and a little inaccuracy doesn't mean you are having to search for balls. The stream meandering through the course has to be negotiated a few times. Five par 3s on the Parkland may seem easy, but how many will you par?

The Family Golf Par 3 Course
This facility is the ideal introduction to golf. The holes vary in length from 90 to 150 yards. The name 'family golf' is really what we are promoting here with juniors encouraged to enjoy the great game of golf. As well as being ideal for beginners it's the perfect way to shape up your short game.
