The Copper Dog Pub entertains travellers from far afield, and offers an outstanding seasonal menu, featuring the finest Scottish cuisine, created using local Speyside produce. Alongside the world-famous amber nectar of the region, Speyside is home to some of the finest produce in Scotland, including organic Aberdeen Angus beef, fresh fish from the Moray Firth, Walkers Shortbread and wild venison.
Always bustling with locals and visitors alike, you’ll find a wide selection of local craft beers and ales, an extensive cocktail menu, and a finely-sourced wine list. Featuring a crackling wood fire for the winter months, a large sun-terrace for alfresco drinking and dining in summer, alongside private dining space for up to 30 people. There’s also live music each week, with everything from acoustic guitars to traditional Gaelic fiddles.
In addition, a wide selection of local ales and carefully-selected wines are available at the Quaich Bar, with an outstanding array of whiskies befitting Speyside’s position as the largest regional producer in Scotland. One of the foremost whisky bars in the world, The Quaich houses over 900 single-malt variants from around the world, including some of the most unique and rare whiskies, many of which are exclusive to the Craigellachie and all of which can be sampled by the glass.
The Copper Dog is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with a variety of live music and entertainment every weekend.
