Château Eza offers a Michelin-starred restaurant serving à la carte French and Mediterranean cuisine against the stunning backdrop of the French Riviera. Dine in the indoor glass-edged room with retractable roof to fully enjoy the sun-kissed Riviera weather or on one of several outdoor terraces, all overlooking the sparkling azure waters of the Cote d'Azur.

At lunch time, guests can  order à la carte or choose between the Menu du Château - a 3 course menu at €45 and the Menu du Prince - 4 courses at €55.

The Menu Degustation is an 8 course evening menu which changes on a monthly basis, and enables you to sample the many tastes and colours of French cuisine.
