The Hotel’s award-winning Dalhousie Restaurant offers delicious fare, much from local Scottish produce.
We are delighted to announce that between 1st November and 6th December, a refurbishment and development program will be taking place throughout the hotel. This does mean that multiple building work will be carried out during this period. The following dates highlight the proposed schedule for building work and any disruptions to our guests will be kept to a minimum as much as possible.
1st November to 22nd December
A selection of rooms will be closed during this time while they are refurbished and all work will be carried out within each room.
1st November to 8th November
Work will be carried out in the main lobby area expanding the Restaurant and Calder’s bar area.
8th November to 18th November
Calder’s Lounge and the Dalhousie restaurant will be closed during this period, however alternative dining and lounge facilities will be available in our Augusta suite.
22nd November to 6th December
Further cosmetic work will be carried out in Calder’s Bar, where Calder’s bar will be closed during this period and lounge facilities will be made available in our Augusta Suite. Dalhousie Restaurant will not be affected and operate as normal.
We are excited to see these plans taking shape as we feel these changes will only enhance what we currently offer our guests, however , we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and will be working to ensure any disruption is kept to a minimum.
