Leisure

The luxurious Anassa hotel resort is on the kilometre long Asprokremnos beach, which forms part of the Akamas peninsula on the north western tip of Cyprus.

The water sports centre on the beach offers a fleet of power boats, yachts and sailing boats for excursions to the peninsula’s picturesque bays and lagoons.

Island Hopping

Located in the sea off the Akamas peninsula, St. George’s Island is one of Cyprus’ most popular diving regions. The island, with its hidden beach, is also home to diverse species of seabirds.

Beaches and bays

Considered by many to be the best beach in Cyprus, Chrysochou Bay has water sports including water-skiing, paragliding, sailing, snorkelling and scuba diving.

Hotel staff can advise on hiring a sailing yacht to explore the secluded bays of the Akamas Peninsula, many of which are only accessible by water.

Just 15 minutes’ boat ride from Anassa on the north coast of the Akamas peninsula is one of Cyprus' most delightful beaches, the Blue Lagoon.

With views overlooking the harbour and medieval fort, Vrysoudia Beach near the scenic seaside town of Paphos, with its fine sand and shallow crystal clear water, is a favourite for families with small children.

On the western tip of the Akamas peninsula is Cape Arnaoutis with several small sheltered bays. Here you will find lovely, private places for beach picnics.

Watersports centre

Water sport activities, operated by expert external partners offer waterskiing, wakeboarding, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, scuba diving, snorkelling, banana/tube rides. Paddleboards, canoes, jet skis and motorboats can be hired. RYA certified sailing courses are also available.

Designer boutique

Kult, the designer fashion store within the courtyard at Anassa features a collection of labels including Prada, Gucci, Miu Miu, Dolce & Gabbana, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, Etro and Jimmy Choo.
